急性出血坏死性肠炎临床20例内科治疗

目的分析针对临床急性出血坏死性肠炎患者采用内科的治疗方案及疗效。方法随机选取2011年4月~2013年3月入我院接受治疗的急性出血坏死性肠炎患者,共计22例,临床针对其治疗均采用内科治疗方案,回顾性分析相应临床资料及相应的临床疗效,总结体会。结果 22例患者均得到有效治疗,临床治愈率达到100%,患者病前均表现为不同程度的营养不良,经治疗后6~14d可康复,预后良好。结论针对临床急性出血坏死性肠炎患者,对症治疗的同时给予其全身支持治疗,效果显著,推荐临床使用。

Department of internal medicine the treatment of 20 patients with acute necrotizing enteritis clinical bleeding

Objective：to analyze the clinical acute hemorrhage by treatment in Department of internal medicine and effi-cacy of necrotic enteritis patients. Methods：acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis patients from 2011 April - 2013 year 3 in our hospital,a total of 22 cases of clinical treatment,the use of Department of internal medicine treatment,retrospective analysis of clinical data and clinical effect of corresponding corresponding,summarize the experience. Results：all the 22 patients were effectively treated,the clinical cure rate reached 100% ,the patients showed different degrees of malnutrition, 6 ~ 14d after treatment can be recovered,the prognosis is good. Conclusion：the clinical acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteri-tis patients,symptomatic treatment given supportive therapy,significant effect,recommended for clinical use.
