| 摘 要： | 笔者总结了69例颈椎前路撑开钛板固定治疗下颈椎骨折脱位患者的护理。认为术前心理护理、牵引制动是手术成功的前提；术后正确的体位、观察呼吸变化、做好切121护理、并发症的预防及康复护理是促进患者康复的关键。

| Abstract: | The authors made a summary of their experience in nursing 69 patients with lower cervical spine fracture and dislocation treated by cervical spine anterior stretch titanium plate fixation, arguing that preoperative psychological nursing, traction and braking were premise to success in operation, right posture after operation, observation changes of respiration, incision nursing, prevention of complications and rehabilitative nursing were key to promoting the recovery of patients. |
