| 摘 要： | 我院1979～1989年30例卵巢内胚窦瘤临床病理分析表明,本组内胚窦瘤占同期卵巢恶性肿瘤的16.1%,发病年龄为11～35岁,平均21.6岁。主要临床症状为腹痛及腹部肿块。按 FIGO 分期,本组Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ期6例,2期19例。病理特征为网状结构、内胚窦样结构及 PAS 阳性透明小体。存活5例,其中3例分别存活8年、6年零4月、4年零7月。死亡病例的平均存活时间14个月。本病恶性度极高,预后很差,早期诊断与手术加化疗的合理选用有可能改善顶后。

| Abstract: | Therty patients with endodermal sinus tumor (EST) of ovary were treated in our hospital from 1979 to 1980.It was 16.2% of all malignant ovarian tumors (30/186).The ages ranged 11～35 years.The stages of FIGO were:5 cases of Ⅰ,6 of Ⅱ,9 of Ⅲ.The histologic characteristics of EST were loose reticulate structures,vascular structures with Schiller-Duval bodies and PAS-positive glob- ules.The 3 cases of 5 survirors were classified as Ⅰ stage and survived 96,76 and 55 monthes respec- tively.The early diagnosis and the combination of radical surgery and multidrug chemotherapy could improve the poor prognosis of EST. |
