腧穴实质与微血管相关的生理学研究

目的从生理学角度调查腧穴实质与微血管的相关性.方法在按解剖位置定穴的基础上,用WQ6-F30型针灸经络定位仪精确定位,然后用瑞典Perimed公司生产的激光多普勒血流仪同步探讨穴位和对照点的血流,并在计算机中处理数据和图形.结果①人体穴位的血流量极显著地高于相应对照点(P＜0.01),不同个体、不同穴位间的血流量不同;②穴位点的血流速度相对较慢(P＜0.05);③穴位点的微血管具有同步舒缩的特点,而对照点内之微血管舒缩不同步;④不同个体、不同穴位的频率有极显著的差异(P＜0.01),同一个体的同一穴位具有确定的舒缩频率;⑤刺激可提高微血管自律运动的振幅,增加穴区的血流速度.结论腧穴的实质是具有特异性舒缩频率的微循环单元.

Physiological Study on the Relationship Between the Essence of Acupuncture Point and the microvasculum

Objective:Studying on the relationship between the essence of Acupuncture Point and the microvasculum of human body;Method:According to the processes on anatomical identification of acupuncture point on human body,those relevant acupuncture points could be determined exactly by the instrument of acupuncture and moxibustion(WQ6 F30).Then,each acupuncture and its control one on human body could be measured simultaneously by Laser Doppler Flowmeter(Periflux4000,P408,Perimed,Sweden).The datum might also be analyzed by a microcomputer.Results:1)The blood flow on acupuncture point of human body was much higher than that on control one (P<0 01) .The blood flow was different between different individuals and different acupuncture points;2)The blood flow rate of acupuncture point was relatively low (P<0 05) ;3)The microvascula on acupuncture point relaxed and contracted simultaneously,but those on the control one did the opposite work;4)There were the significant differences of the frequency among the different individuals and different acupuncture points respectively (P<0 01) .The relaxation and contraction frequency on the same acupuncture point of the same individual was fixed;5)The amplitude of the autorhythmic motion on microvascula and the blood flow rate on acupuncture point could increase by stimulation.Conclusion:The essence of acupuncture point is a microcirculation unit with a special relaxation and contraction frequency.
