摘    要:动脉粥样硬化是一种炎症性疾病,以动脉壁进行性脂质贮积,炎性细胞和平滑肌细胞浸润及细胞外基质重构为特征,是老年人血管病发病的基础。近几年,动脉粥样硬化发病中炎症因素的作用备受关注,尤其是作为关系到心脑血管疾病发展和预后的潜在蛋白标志物急性时相因子血清淀粉样蛋白A,和一种具有多重生物活性的,参与到机体各种调节的重要细胞因子白介素-6,现就对血清淀粉样蛋白A与白介素-6的生化性质、生理功能及其在致动脉粥样硬化中的作用作一综述。

Abstract:Atherosclerosis (AS) is an inflammatory disease characterized by arterial wall progressive lipoidosis, inflammatory cells, smooth muscle cells and extracellular matrix remodeling. In recent years inflammatory factors play a full role in pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, particularly as a protein as protential warkers of acute - phase factor serum amyloid A ( SAA), and the body's important cytokine interleukin - 6 ( IL - 6) which has multiple biological activities. This article reviews the biochemical propeties and physiological functions of SAA and IL - 6, and the mechanisms of them on atherosclerosis in the elderly patieuts are also discussed.
