医疗机构医师对临床药学信息需求状况的调查

目的:为更好开展药学信息服务,向医师提供更适宜的临床药学信息。方法:选取上海市34家综合性医疗机构的内科医师对药学信息的需求情况进行问卷调查,发放问卷表150份,收回有效问卷136份,对问卷调查结果作统计分析。结果:临床上医师确实对药学信息存在很大需求,需求种类有多样性,满足这些需求的途径也呈多样化状态;同时由于被调查者的背景不同,对需求与获得信息的方法偏好也不尽相同。结论:医师应重视临床药师提供的药学信息的作用,临床药师也应充分发挥其自身作用,各项药学信息服务工作也应做好。

Investigation on demand for information about clinical pharmacy by physicians in hospitals

Objective: To provide pharmaceutical information properly to physicians and extend drug information service better.Methods: Physicians in 34 hospitals of Shanghai were questioned about their demand for the pharmaceutical information. After 150 questionnaires were sent out,136 virtual ones were received which were then analyzed statistically.Results: Tremendous requirements of clinical pharmaceutical information existed in physicians.The requirements were diversified in categories and were fulfilled by many ways.Partialities of requirement were different due to their different backgrounds.Conclusion: Physicians should attach importance to the clinical pharmaceutical information provided by clinical pharmacists,while clinical pharmacists should play the important role in the information service.
