| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手法整复、竹夹板外固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的68例肱骨近端骨折患者随机分为2组。夹板固定组35例,采用手法整复、竹夹板外固定治疗;石膏固定组33例,采用采用手法整复、石膏固定。比较2组患者的骨折愈合时间及整复6周后的肩关节Neer评分。结果：石膏固定组有3例患者因疼痛对治疗结果不满意2,组其余患者均对治疗结果满意,均无明显畸形。夹板固定组Neer评分高于石膏固定组,差异有统计学意义（t=9.357,P=0.000）;2组患者骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义（临床愈合时间：t=0.575,P=0.567;骨性愈合时间：t=1.901,P=0.062）。结论：手法整复后采用竹夹板外固定能使患者尽早开展肩关节功能锻炼,有利于肱骨近端骨折患者肩关节功能恢复。
