更年舒胶囊对围绝经期卵巢功能衰退大鼠植物神经功能的调节作用

目的观察更年舒胶囊对围绝经期大鼠植物神经紊乱的调节作用。方法将50只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、更年安组(更年安胶囊0.9g/kg)、更年舒高剂量组(1.0g/kg)、更年舒低剂量组(0.5g/kg)5组,每组10只。除空白对照组外,其余各组大鼠均切除卵巢造成围绝经期卵巢功能衰退模型,药物灌胃治疗连续45天。观察各组大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)含量的变化。结果与模型组相比较,更年舒高剂量组E2水平明显升高(P<0.01),更年舒低剂量组以及更年安组升高不明显(P>0.05)。与模型组相比,更年舒高低剂量组、更年安组FSH、LH均明显降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,更年舒高剂量组TSH明显降低(P<0.05),更年舒低剂量组和更年安组则无明显差异(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,更年舒高剂量组T4明显升高(P<0.01),更年舒低剂量组及更年安组与其无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论更年舒胶囊能有效调节围绝经期切除卵巢模型大鼠的下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴失衡,从而改善植物神经功能紊乱。
