| 摘 要： | 目的：观察牵引配合经筋推拿治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的196例颈椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,每组98例。治疗组采用牵引配合经筋推拿治疗,对照组采用牵引结合特定电磁波治疗。治疗2个疗程后对比2组患者的疗效。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（Z=5.150,P=0.000）。结论：牵引配合经筋推拿治疗颈椎间盘突出症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
