| 摘 要： | 本文研究发现木犀草素肌内注射(80和160mg/kg)对分别由角叉菜与酵母诱发的大鼠踝关节肿胀和巴豆油诱发大白鼠肉芽肿均有明显的抑制作用,提示有抗炎作用。但木犀草素(30和60mg/kg)肌内注射共用药30天能增加豚鼠的实验性过敏性脑脊髓炎的发病率,提示有免疫增强作用。

| Abstract: | It was found that luteolin exhibited significant anti-inflammatory effect on carrageenan and yeast-induced oedema of ankle joint in rats when injected im 80 and 160mg/kg. It also produced marked inhibitory effect on croton oil-induced air pouch granuloma when luteolin was injected im 80 and 160mg/kg/day for 5 days. However,luteolin increased the incidence of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis of guinea pigs when injected im 30 and 60mg/kg/day for a month.It was suggested that luteolin could provide a immunopotentiating action. |
