| 摘 要： | 目的：检测神经生长因子受体TrkA在大鼠脊髓中的表达与分布。方法：通过Western blot检测TrkA在脊髓中的表达；通过免疫荧光组织化学，利用激光共聚焦显微镜检测TrkA在神经元中的定位。结果与结论：TrkA广泛分于脊髓各层神经元及灰质内，并且在神经元的胞体和树突中均有表达。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the expression and distribution of nerve growth factor receptor TrkA in rat spinal cord. Methods:Western blot and fluorescent immunohistochemistry were used to test the expression and distribution of TrkA in rat spinal cord. The distribution pattern was observed under laser confocal microscope. Result and Conclusion: TrkA was expressed and distributed ubiquitously in both eytoplasm and dendrites of spinal cord. |
