脑囊虫病患者脑电图与影像学对比研究

目的　对脑囊虫病患者的脑电图和影像学检查资料进行对比研究 ,以探讨其临床意义。　方法　对 5 16例脑囊虫病患者进行常规脑电图及影像学检查。　结果　该组病人的脑电图异常率为 68 2 % ,其中轻度异常占46 0 %、中度异常占 3 4 4%、重度异常占 19 6% ,主要表现为额、中央及前颞区弥漫性或局限性不规则慢波活动。CT的异常率为 84 1% ,主要表现为弥漫或散在的片状或圆形的低密度灶或高密度灶。两者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。CT和脑电图检查结果符合率为 81 1%。　结论　脑囊虫病患者CT异常率显著高于脑电图 ,临床上两种方法结合起来分别从形态结构和功能上对该病的早期诊断和治疗有重要的使用价值。

Comparative study on electroencephalogram(EEG) and imaging in cerebra cysticercosis patients

Objective To make comparative study on the significance of electroencephalogram(EEG) and CT in patients with cerebral cysticercosis Methods The routine EEG and the brain CT were used for diagnosis of 516 patients with cerebral cysticercosis Results The abnormality rate of EEG was 68 2% in patients with cerebral cysticercosis It was 46 0% in mild abnormality,34 4% in moderate abnormality,and 19 6% in severe abnormality The abnormality mainly showed the diffuse or focal irregulari slow waves in frontal lobe,central lobe and anterior temporal lobe The abnormality rate of CT was 84 6% in all patients,and the diffuse or focal flaky and cirular focus were chief manifestations There was a significant difference between the rates of EEG and CT(P<0 01) The coincident rate of CT and EEG was 81 1% Conclusion The abnormality rate of CT in patients with cerebral cysticercosis was higher remarkably than that of EEG A combination of the two methods might be helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebral cysticercosis in cerebral function and morphogenesis structure
