鼻咽癌中B7一H3的表达及其临床意义

目的：研究鼻咽癌中T淋巴细胞共刺激分子B7一H3表达与临床病理因素的相关性。方法：采用免疫组化sP法检测B7一H3在56例鼻咽癌标本中的表达情况，分析其与肿瘤类型，大小，淋巴结转移情况的关系。结果：在鼻咽非角化型分化性癌和鼻咽非角化型未分化性癌中B7～H3阳性表达率差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05），有颈部淋巴结转移和无颈部淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌标本中B7一H3的阳性表达率差别有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：B7一H3的表达可能与鼻咽癌的转移和进展有关，与鼻咽癌组织学类型无关。

Expression of B7 - H3 in nasopharyngeal non - keratinizing carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective ：To study the expression of B7 -H3 in nasopharyngeal non -keratinizing carcinoma and its relation with clincopathological variables. Methods： The expression of B7 - H3 in 56 surgically resected specimens of nasopharyngeal non - keratinizing carcinoma was evaluated immunohistochemically. The correlation between B7 - H3 expression and clincopathlogical variables was analyzed. Results： There was no significant difference between patients with differential nasopharyngeal non - keratinizing carcinoma and those with nondifferential nasopharyngeal non - keratinizing carcinoma in positive expression of B7 - H3 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, and there was a significant association be- tween the high expression for B7 -H3 and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The expression of 137 - H3 is probably related to the metastasis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
