| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the application effect of integrated release program in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer in operating room nursing.Methods: January to June 2021 in our hospital operating room line 55 cases of laparoscopic surgery of gastric cancer cases as control group, from July to December, 2021 in our hospital operating room line 55 cases of laparoscopic surgery of gastric cancer cases as the experimental group, control group according to the conventional laparoscopic gastric cancer radical the nursing operating room model, experimental group custom laparoscopic gastric cancer and key points of the operating room nursing integration release plan and put into practice, The observation indexes of the two groups were compared after intervention. Results: The mastery score of laparoscopic operating room nursing points for gastric cancer patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the success rate of laparoscopic gastric cancer patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of intraoperative blood loss, operation time and operator-related complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: The application of integrated point release scheme in the operation room nursing of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can significantly promote the mastery of relevant nursing points of the operating room nurses, improve the success rate of surgery for such patients, and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, operation time and the probability of related complications. |
