营养风险评估下分级营养指导在胃切除术后患者康复中的应用效果

摘    要:目的:探讨营养风险评估下分级营养指导对胃切除术后患者后期康复中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年2月~2022年2月宜兴市人民医院(以下简称我院)胃肠外科收治78例患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组39例,其中对照组予以常规营养指导,观察组予以营养风险评估下分级营养指导,对比两组住院次日、住院8d后胃切除术后患者后期康复患者的应用效果。结果: 住院次日观察组前白蛋白(Prealbumin,PA)、视黄醇结合蛋白(Retinol-Binding Protein,RBP)、转铁蛋白(Transferrin,TRF)、体质量、骨骼肌质量、握力体重指数、肌力等级、胃癌患者生存质量量表(Quality?of?Life?Instruments?for?Cancer?Patients-Stomach?Cancer,QLICP-ST)评分差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);住院8d后PA、RBP、TRF、体质量、骨骼肌质量、握力体重指数、肌力等级高于住院次日,观察组、QLICP-ST评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:营养风险评估下分级营养指导能有效改善胃切除术后患者术后营养状况,促进其后期身体康复,提高生活质量。

Effect of graded nutritional guidance under nutritional risk assessment in the rehabilitation of patients after gastrectomy

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of graded nutritional guidance under nutritional risk assessment in later rehabilitation after total gastrectomy.Method:Choose from February 2019 to February 2022, yixing people"s hospital (hereinafter referred to as our hospital) anorectal surgery admitted 78 patients as the study object, from February 2019 to January 2021 as the observation group, February 2021 to February 2021 as the control group, 39 cases in each group, the control group to routine nutrition guidance, nutritional risk assessment, compare the two groups of patients after intervention, after intervention rehabilitation effect.Results: Pre-intervention observation group pre-albumin (Prealbumin, PA), retinol-binding protein (Retinol-Binding Protein, RBP), transferrin (Transferrin, TRF), body mass, skeletal muscle mass, handgrip strength body mass index, muscle strength grade, quality of life and survival scale of gastric cancer patients (Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patients-Stomach Cancer, There was no significant difference in the QLICP-ST) score (P> 0.05); After the intervention, PA, RBP, TRF, body mass, skeletal muscle mass, handgrip strength body mass index, and muscle strength grade were higher than before the intervention, The observation group and QLICP-ST scores were higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Graded nutritional guidance under the nutritional risk assessment can effectively improve the postoperative nutritional status of patients after total gastrectomy, promote their later physical recovery, and improve their quality of life.
