| 摘 要： | 采用中药降颅压合剂直肠滴注配合西药治疗重症中风30例，并设单用西药治疗22例为对照。结果：治疗组基本痊愈3例，显著进步8例，进步15例，病情恶化或死亡4例，总有效率为86．67％；对照组基本痊愈1例，显著进步4例，进步7例病情恶化或死亡10例，总有效率为54．55％。两组比较有显著差异（u=2.0388,P=0.0416).

| Abstract: | cases of serious apoplexy were treated with Jiangluya mixture(JM) through rectal perfusion matched with western medicine,and 22 cases only treated with western medicine were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,3 cases cured,8 cases had significant effect,15 cases effective and 4 cases grew worth or died.The total effective rate was 86.67%;While in the control group,1 case cured,4 cases had significant effect,7 cases effective and 10 cases grew worth or died.The total effective rate was 54.55%.There were significant differences between the two groups (u=2 0388,P=0 0416) |
