| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨脐血清体外对急性白血病化疗后骨髓抑制期造血细胞增殖的影响。②方法 采用体外粒单细胞集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）培养法，观察正常成人血清和脐血清，对正常造血细胞和急性白血病化疗后抑制期骨髓造血细胞增殖的影响。③结果 脐血清组的正常骨髓ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ 产率明显高于成人血清组（ｔ＝ ６．９９３，Ｐ＜０．０１），脐血清组的白血病化疗后骨髓ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ 产率亦高于成人血清组（ｔ＝ ３．０６０，Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。④结论 脐血清体外能促进正常骨髓和白血病化疗后抑制期骨髓造血细胞的增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To explore the effect of cord blood(CB) serum on hematopoietic progenitor cells of patients with acute leukemia(AL) in period of post chemotherapeutic bone marrow suppression(PCBS).\ Methods\ In vitro CFU GM culturing was used to study the effect of adult serum and CB serum on hemapoietic progenitor cells of normal bone marrow(BM) and children with AL in period of PCBS.\ Results\ CFU GM yield of normal BM and BM from children with AL in period of PCBS in CB serum group was significantly higher than that of adult serum group( t=3.060,P<0.05;t=6.993,P< 0.01).\ Conclusion\ CB serum could stimulate expansion of progenitor cells derived from normal BM and BM of patient with AL in period of PCBS. |
