| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝移植术后脑病的原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析185例肝移植患者的临床资料,将术后出现脑病的患者作为观察组,与对照组进行比较,分析发生脑病的原因,并总结其防治经验。结果肝移植术后出现脑病39例,占21.1%。脑病的发生与患者的术前Ch ild分级、有无肝性脑病史、术中的出血量、术后ICU天数及术后是否出现早期肝功能不良等因素显著相关,而与免疫抑制剂的血药浓度无显著相关性。结论肝移植术后脑病的发生是多因素的,通过合理的治疗,其预后良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes and treatments for encephalopathy after liver transplantation.Methods The clinical data of 185 patients undergoing liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively.Results encephalopathy occurred in 39 patients occupying 21.1%.Child-score,pre-operative encephalopathy history,bleeding amount during operation,ICU days and early Poor liver function were the risk factors for encephalopathy after liver transplantation.There was no significant difference in the blood concentration of immunosuppressor between the observational group and the control group.Conclusions The causes of encephalopathy after liver transplantation were multifactorial and the prognosis of the patients with encephalopathy is good after rational treatment |
