肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张出血的相关临床指标分析

摘    要:目的 探讨肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者临床指标与出血的关系。方法 对76例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者的出血情况和临床指标进行分级评分,然后进行非参数等级相关分析和多分类有序反应变量的Logtstic回归分析。结果 Logistic回归分析结果按标准化回归系数的绝对值大小排列为内镜总分(3.051108,P<0.01)、凝血酶原活动度(-1.090042,P<0.05)、肝功能Child-Pugh评分总分(0.306172,P<0.15)。结论 出血分级的影响因素按影响程度大小依次为内镜总分、凝血酶原活动度、肝功能Child-Pugh评分总分。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the correlation between variceal bleeding and other clinical indexes in patients with cirrhosis. Methods Bleeding and other clinical indexes were classified and were graded in 76 patients with cirrhosis, then Spearman rank correlation and Logistic regression of the ordinal categorical dependent variable were finished. Results Multiple Logistic regression analysis revealed the following variables as having statistical significance: endoscopic variceal total score (3.051108,P<0.01), prothrombin activity (%)(- 1.090042,P<0.05), Child-Pugh total score (0.306172, P<0.15). Conclusion The order of the influence to variceal bleeding was: endoscopic variceal total score, prothrombin activity and Child-Pugh total score.
