厂矿企业实施职工健康促进的现状研究——厂企职工职业健康促进需求调查

目的了解厂企职工健康促进的需求状况。方法采用自制的企业人群职业卫生需求状况调查表对昆明市20个厂矿企业的1432名职工进行健康促进的需求调查。结果职工对自己的职业性健康监护检查结果及《职业病防治法》的需求率最高,不同性质企业职工对健康教育内容的需求率均不同(P<0.05);76.7%的职工选择通过职业卫生知识培训的方式获得职业健康知识。结论厂企职工的职业卫生知识知晓率低,但求知欲高。应加强厂企职工职业健康教育与健康促进。

Study of Health Promotion in Enterprises: A Survey of Health Promotion Demand of Working Population

Objective To assess the demand of occupational health promotion of working population in Kunming city.Methods A self-made questionnaire survey of demand for occupational health promotion in 20 enterprises with 1432 employees in Kunming city was conducted.Results The rates of demand of employees for their examination results of occupational health monitoring and knowledge of Law of Occupational Disease Prevention were high,and there were differences for demand of the contents of health education among employees in enterprises of different natures ( P <0.05); 76.7% of the employees gained the knowledge of occupational health through training of occupational health knowledge.Conclusion The awareness rate of the employees in enterprises is low,but their spirit of learning is high.So the occupational health education and health promotion of the employees in enterprises should be enhanced.
