| 摘 要： | 分析８２例女性尿道综合征患者的尿动力学表现，并对５０例患者进行随机分组治疗研究，结果：根据尿动力学表现分６种类型，以远端尿道缩窄症最常见，占７６．８％，膀胱训练加尿动力学指导用药是治疗女性尿道综合征既简单又有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Urodynamic studies were carried out in 82 females with the "female urethral syndrome" and 63 of them(76.8%)exhibited urodynamic abnormalities,distal urethral stenosis being the most common.4 therapeutic measures were carried out in 50 patients for a comparative study.It was found that bladder drill in combination with drug administration with reference to the dynamic findings was the most effective and the most convenient and has been superior to the other 3 measures. |
