| 摘 要： | 用高敏感聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术检测６３例前列腺组织标本（２８例前列腺癌，３０例良性前列腺增生症和５例正常前列腺组织）中人乳头状瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）阳性率。结果显示：前列腺癌中ＨＰＶ（１６）感染率为４６．４％（１３／２８），ＨＰＶ（１８）感染率为１０．７％（３／２８）。良性前列腺增生症患者ＨＰＶ（１６）阳性率为２０％（６／３０），ＨＰＶ（１８）阳性率为６．１７％（２／３０）。５例正常前列腺组织无ＨＰＶ感染。提示ＨＰＶ感染与前列腺癌有相关性，ＨＰＶ感染可能在前列腺癌发展中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Polvmerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to de tect human papillomavirus (HPV) in 63 surgical prostate specimens (28 prostatic cancer,30 benign hyperplastic prostate and 5 normal prostates).HPV16was identified in 13 of 28 prostatic cancers (46.4%)and in 6 of 30 benign prostatic hyperplasia(20%).In contrast,HPV18 was found in 3 of 28 prostatic cancers (10.7%) and in 2 of. 30 benign prostatic hyperplasia (6.7%).All the 5 normal prostates demonstrated no HPV.The results suggested that HPV16 might be associated with prostatic cancer and might play an etiologic role in the development of prostatic cancer. |
