超声心动图诊断主动脉缩窄

目的：减少对主动脉缩窄及其合并畸形的漏诊。方法：分析9例主动脉缩窄合并畸形的病例，并将其与手术结果对照。结果：超声诊断与手术所见基本一致。结论：超声心动图是一种诊断主动脉缩窄的无创，经济，可靠的手段，对先天性心脏病患者有必要常规作胸骨上窝切面探查。

Diagnosis of Aortic Coarctation by Echocardiography

Objective:To reduce the rislc from missing the diagnosis of aortic coarctation with other concomitant cardiac abnormalities.Methods:Nine cases of aortic coarctation concomitant with other cardiac abnormalities were analyzed,and the echocardiographic diagnoses were compared with the operative results.Results:Echocardiographic diagnosis was consistent with that from operation.Conclusion:Echocardiography was a harmless,relatively cheap and effective method for diagnosing aortic coarctation.Suprasternal view should be a routine view for patients with congenital heart disease in order to reduce its chances of missing the diagnosis.
