| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿病毒性脑炎脑电图（EEG）的临床特征。方法对临床诊断为病毒性脑炎的74例患儿的脑电图进行回顾分析。结果 74例患儿中EEG异常62例（83.8%）,其中轻度异常38例（61.3%）,中度异常16例（25.8%）,重度异常8例（12.9%）。结论脑电图检查对小儿病毒性脑炎的早期诊断、治疗及预后有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate clinical features of electroencephalogram（EEG） of children with viral encephalitis.Methods 74 children with viral encephalitis were analyzed.Results 62 children（83.8%） had abnormal EEG in 74 children.38 children（61.3%） were mild abnormalities,16 children（25.8%） were moderately abnormalities,and 8 children（12.9%） were severe abnormalities.Conclusion EEG is very important in early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of viral encephalitis in children. |
