干预措施对医护人员洗手行为的影响

目的研究有效干预管理措施对改善临床医护人员不规范洗手状况和提高洗手依从性的作用。方法以该院266名临床医务人员作为研究对象,采用观察法和问卷法收集观察对象洗手行为的情况,并对其中150人进行了洗手操作考核,针对研究对象存在的不规范洗手行为强化管理措施,实施有效干预,3w后采用同样的方法收集干预后洗手资料,评价干预前后的效果。结果干预前后医务人员洗手合格率有显著性差异,P<0.01,洗手方法和洗手时间的达标率明显提高,P<0.05,其中医生和护工临床干预效果尤其明显,P<0.01。结论通过采取有针对性的干预措施,强化管理力度,可有效提高医护人员规范洗手的依从性。

Strengthening Management to Improve the Hand Washing Compliance in Medical Staffs

Objective To determine the influence of effective intervening management in correcting the irregular hand washing situations and improving the hands washing compliance in clinical staffs.Methods 266 cases of medical staffs were selected randomly. Every patient would answer a questionnaire about hand hygiene and his actual behaviors about hands washing were documented.Of all medical staffs,150 cases were choose to receive an operation test about hand washing. All the results were analyzed statistically. To those existed irregular hand washing situations,we strengthened the management and performed a series of oriented intervening measures. 3 weeks after intervention,the data about hands washing in medical staffs were collected in the same way and contrasted with that before the intervention.Results Before and after intervention,there was a significant statistical difference in the accurate rate of hands washing (P<0.01). The accurate rate of hands washing in medical staffs with standard methods and time was highly improved (P<0.05).Among the medical staff,the accurate rates of hands washing of doctors and medical assistants were obvious improved especially (P<0.01). Conclusion Performing effective intervening measures and strengthening monitoring policies can effectively improve the hands washing compliance among medical staffs.
