真武汤加减治疗甲状腺功能减退症(脾肾阳虚型)30例疗效观察

目的：观察真武汤加减配合小剂量L-甲状腺钠片治疗甲状腺功能减退症（脾肾阳虚型）的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组备30例。治疗组用真武汤（由附子、白芍、白术、茯苓、甘草、生姜等组成）加减配合小剂量L-甲状腺钠片治疗；对照组单纯用L-甲状腺钠片治疗。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后甲状腺素（T4）、三碘甲状腺原氧酸（T3）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）的变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为93．3％，对照组为70．0％。2组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后治疗组与对照组T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH各项指标比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：真武汤加减配合小剂量L-甲状腺钠片治疗甲状腺功能减退症疗效较好，副作用少。

Treatment of Hypothyroidism (Type of Yang-Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney) by Modified Zhenwu Tang: A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhenwu Tang (MZT) with small dose of L - sodium thyroid tablet (LTT) for hypothyroidism (HT) . Methods: 60 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly (each group 30 cases). The treatment group was treated by MZT (composed of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Rhizoma Ziniberis Recens) associated with small dose of LTT; the control group by LTT alone. The clinical effect, the changes of thyroxin (T4), triiodothyronine (T3), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxin (FT4) and thyrotropic hormone (TSH) were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 93. 3% and 70. 0% in treatment group and control group respectively (P < 0.01). After treatment, the comparison of T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and TSH between treatment group and control group showed very markedly significant difference (P< 0.01). Conclusion: MZT associated with small dose of LTT possesses a better curative effect for HT with low side effect.
