儿童臀肌筋膜挛缩症

本文报道１０９例儿童臀肌筋膜挛缩症，其中男７５例，女３４例，年龄３～３０岁，所有病例均行手术治疗，术后随访９１例，９８％疗效满意。同时对本地区２２０４３名儿童进行了流行病学调查，其发病率为２．３２％。本文就其病因学和流行病学、手术要点和术后处理以及该病的命名进行了讨论。该病在儿童群体中的发病率是相当高的，不容忽视。手术是治疗该病的唯一手段，强调术中应彻底松解和切断妨碍髓关节内收屈曲活动的挛缩筋膜组织。作者建议命名本病为＂儿童臀肌筋膜挛缩症＂。

Contracture of Child Gluteal Muscles and Fasciae

In this article, 109 cases of contracture of child gluteal muscles and fasciae were reported,of which 75 cases were male and 21 cases were female whose age from 3 to 30 year old. All the patients were surgically treated and the follow up study of 91 cases showed that 98 %. of themachieved satisfactory results. The epidemiological survey of the disease towards 22043 children in the local area showed that the morbidity of the disease was 2. 32%, which was relatively high among the children. The pathology, demiology, surgery and postsurgical treatment were discussed. The results showed that surgery was only method to treat the disease and thefasscial tissue should be fully released or excixed, which hindered the hip flexion. The authors suggested the name of the disease as contracture of child gluteal muscles and fasciae.
