加味烂积丸质量标准研究

摘    要:目的 建立加味烂积丸的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的当归、吴茱萸、木香及川木香、白术进行了定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法测定了制剂中大黄有效成分大黄素、大黄酚的含量.结果 样品中均能检出当归、吴茱萸、木香及川木香、白术的特征斑点;大黄素在0.015 63~0.390 75 μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.0%;大黄酚在0.034 48~0.862 μg范围内呈线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率为99.8%.结论 该法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可以控制加味烂积丸的质量.

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard of BaiJiang Tablet.Methods Radix Aangelicae Ssinensis,Fructus Evodiae,Radix Aucklandiae and Radix Vladimiriae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae were identified by TLC.The contents of chrysophanol and emodin were determined by HPLC.Results The linear range of chrysophanol was 0.015 63~0.3907 5 μg,and the average recovery was 100.0%;the linear range of emodin was 0.0344 8~0.862 μg,and the average recovery was 99.8%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with a good reproducibility and may be used for quality control of Jiaweilanji Pill.
