| 摘 要： | 目的 了解解脲脲支原体(Uu)和人支原体(Mh)的分离率及其对抗菌药物的敏感性.方法 采用上海奥普生物医药有限公司(A试剂)和珠海益民生物工程制品厂(B试剂)试剂盒,对101份泌尿生殖道标本进行了Uu和Mh的枪测,并分析它们对常用抗菌药物敏感性.结果 A、B两种试剂对分离的Uu阳性率分别为41.6%和39.6%;两种试剂检测Mh阳性率均为16.8%;药敏结果显示,Uu和Mh对交沙霉素、多西环素、米诺环素和四环素较敏感.结论 两种试剂对Uu和Mh的分离率较高,交沙霉素、多西环素、米诺环素和四环素对Uu和Mh具有较好的抗菌活性.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the isolation rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis and to analyze the resistance of Uu and Mh to 16 kinds of antimicrobial agents.METHODS Totally 101 samples from genitourinary tract secretion were screened by kits of MycoView AuPu of Shanghai(kit A)and Yimin of Zhuhai(kit B).RESULTS From 101 samples the positive percentage for Uu detected by kit A and kit B was 41.6% and 39.6% and both kits showed positive rate of Mh with 16.8%.The susceptibility results showed th... |
