表面麻醉下小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术的观察

目的评价表面麻醉下小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术的麻醉效果。方法观察283例在表面麻醉下,行白内障摘除术中,患者疼痛情况以及术后视力状况。结果281例患者能顺利配合完成手术,2例追加半球麻醉;手术平均时间为(25±10)min;娩核时,出现疼痛较多,为29例(10.24%)。术后1个月最佳矫正视力≥0.5占95.16%。结论表面麻醉下,可以顺利完成小切口非超声乳化白内障术,并且是一种安全、有效、经济的选择。

Topical anaesthesia for small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery

Objective- To assess the safety and efficacy for the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery with topical anaesthesia. Methods- 283 cases undergone small incision nonphacoemulsification with topical anesthesia were reviewed for determining the pain duration in operation and the effect for post-operative visual acuity. Results- 281 cases were given topical anesthesia,2 cases had combined peribublar block anesthesia and the average time for surgery was (25±10) minutes. During removal of lens nucleus, 29 cases stated pain sense. Post-operatively,the maximized corrected visual acuities were 0.5 or better accounted for 95.16% in one month. (Conclusion)- Topical anaesthesia is safe, efficacious and economical for the small incision cataract surgery.
