| 摘 要： | 观察电针调理髓海方法治疗重度血管性痴呆的疗效.以调理髓海为法,选百会、风府、风池、太阳、合谷、太冲、上印堂等穴治疗重度血管性痴呆12例,MMSE评分总有效率为91.6%,ADL评分总有效率为50%,明显改善了重度血管性痴呆患者的认知功能及日常生活自理能力,差异有显著性统计学意义(P＜0.001).

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the accretive effect of electro-acupuncture regulating suihai on 12 cases of Severe Vascular Dementia treatment.Method:Use the method of regulating suihai,5 times a week, 10 times a course of treatment,and totally 2 courses of treatment.Result:The total percentage of MMSE validity is 91.6%,the total percentage of ADL is 50%.The difference between two groups has remarkable statistical significance.Conclusion:Using the method of electro-acupuncture regulating suihai to treat severe vascular dementia has obviously improved the severe vascular dementia patients' function of cognition and ability of daily life. |
