大柴胡汤治疗急性胰腺炎37例

目的研究分析大柴胡汤治疗急性胰腺炎的临床价值。方法选取2011年10月至2012年9月收治的74例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行研究分析,并随机将其分为治疗组（37例）和对照组（37例）,对照组患者采用常规临床治疗措施进行治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上加以大柴胡汤进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.59%,对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为72.97%。对比两组临床治疗效果,治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论大柴胡汤在治疗急性胰腺炎临床上效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Analysis on Clinical Value of Dachaihu Decoction Treating Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To research and analyze the clinical value of Dachaihu Decoction treating acute pancreatitis.Methods The clinical data of 74 cases with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from October 2011to September 2012 were analyzed.And the patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group for 37 cases and the control group for 37 cases.The control group was treated with conventional clinical treatment measures,and the treatment group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction based on conventional treatment.The treatment effect of two groups was compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%,and that of the control group was 72.97%.For the clinical treatment effect,the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was evidently better than that of the control group,which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dachaihu Decoction treating acute pancreatitis not only ahs evident clinical effect,but also can evidently improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the life quality of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
