中医体质学在乳腺病中的运用及思考

目的探讨中医体质学在乳腺病的发生、发展及防治中的作用,为乳腺病和中医体质学的发展提供新的思路。方法通过查阅文献,总结分析中医体质学在乳腺病中的运用现状,提出今后的研究方向。结果乳腺病患者的中医体质分布有一定的规律性;体质与证候之间是紧系联系的;乳腺病的防治应当结合辨体论治。结论运用体质学方法防治乳腺病具有重要的意义。

The Status of Constitution Theory in Breast Disease

Objective Explore the role of constitution theory in the occurrence,development,prevention and treatment of breast disease,and provide new thinking for the development of breast disease and constitution theory.Methods The article summarized progress of TCM constitution theory research in breast disease through literature review and proposed study direction.Results Certain regularity consisted in distribution of the physical type in patients with breast disease.Constitution was closely related to syndrome.The prevention and treatment of breast disease should be combined with the indentified bodies.Conclusion The use of constitution theory approach to prevent and treat breast disease has an important meaning.
