摘    要:目的对某电子有限公司建设项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素及防控效果进行评价。方法采用现场调查法、检测检验法、综合分析法、检查表法等方法对该建设项目进行评价,确定其可能产生的主要职业病危害因素并进行定性和定量分析,对已采取的职业病危害防护措施进行分析和评价。结果生产工艺流程中最终检查抗氧化工序的乙酸短时间接触浓度STEL高达2025.6mg/m^3,超过国家标准限值(20mg/m^3)101.28倍,整改后复检测STEL结果未超标(〈8.0mg/m^3)。其他各检测点的职业病危害因素浓度或强度均符合国家规定的限值。结论该建设项目职业卫生防护设施符合国家职业卫生标准要求,产生的职业危害因素是可防可控的,所采取的防护措施有效。

Control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project of an electronic company

Abstract:Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards in the construction project of an electronic limited company. Methods Field investigation, experimental detection, overall analysis and check list method were applied to evaluate the construction project. Potential occupational disease hazards were determined and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The occupational detection was also assessed. Results During the production, the short time exposure limit (STEL) of acetic acid was 2 25.6 mg/m3 from antioxidation procedure with 11.28 times as much as the national occupational exposure limit (2 mg/m3 ). After taken measures, STEL was under the national limit ( 〈 8. mg/m3 ). And the levels or strength of other risk factors were detected to be lower than the national limit. Conclusion The health protection facilities taken in the construction project have achieved the requirements of national standards and the occupational disease hazards produced in the production can be prevented and controlled. The current protection strategies and facilities are effective.
