尘肺并发症 241 例临床观察

摘    要:目的了解尘肺分期、并发症与治疗效果的关系。方法对某医院收治的241例尘肺病人进行调查,观察不同期别、不同并发症尘肺病人的治疗效果及预后。结果壹期、贰期尘肺患者合并慢性支气管炎分别为50.9%、48.9%,高于叁期尘肺患者27.0%(X^2=6.72,P〈0.05);贰期、叁期尘肺患者中,合并肺癌分别为10.6%、24.3%,高于壹期尘肺患者3.6%(X^2=13.94,P〈0.05);以上差异均有统计学意义。尘肺患者合并慢性支气管炎、肺部感染好转率分别为98.2%、85.4%,高于尘肺合并肺癌患者52.2%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=110.33,P〈0.01)。结论呼吸系统的并发症是导致尘肺患者死亡的主要原因。积极防治尘肺并发症是提高尘肺患者生命质量的主要措施。

Clinical observation of 241 cases pneumoconiosis complications

Abstract:Objective To understand the relationship between pneumoconiosis phase , complications and treatment effect. Methods 241 cases of pneumoconiosis patients were investigated in a hospital , the treatment effect and prognosis of pneumoconiosis patients were observed during different phases, different complications. Results Percentages were 50. 9% and 48.9% in phase one and phase two of pneumoconiosis patients combining with chronic bronchitis , significantly higher than patients with phase three pneumoconiosis by 27.0% (X^2 = 6. 72, P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Percentages were 10. 6% and 24. 3% in phase two and phase three of pneumoconiosis patients, combining with lung cancer, significantly higher 3.6% than phase one of pneumoconiosis patients (X^2 = 14.94,P 〈 0.05 ). Pneumoconiosis patients with chronic bronchitis, pul- monary infection occupied 98.2% and 85.4% respectively, significantly higher 52. 2% than pn patients com- bining lung cancer patients (X^2 = 110. 33, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Respiratory complications are the leading cause of death in pneumoconiosis patients. Active prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis complications are main measures to improve the quality of pneumoconiosis patients' life.
