摘    要:目的分析涡轮增压器生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,评估其对劳动者健康的危害程度,并对防护措施效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、现场检测分析的方法收集数据和资料,按照国家相关的法律法规进行定量、定性分析和评价。结果该涡轮增压器建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、职业卫生规章制度等符合国家法律法规规定;该项目生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素为粉尘,盐酸、苯系物、正己烷等化学毒物,噪声、工频电场、高温等物理因素,其中抛光打磨车间岗位粉尘浓度(2.75~42.80mg/m^3)、噪声强度(8h等效声级为88.6dB)超标,其余岗位或工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合职业卫生标准的要求。结论该项目为职业病危害较重建设项目,部分防护措施需进一步改善。

Control effect of occupational hazards for the construction project of turbo -charger company

Abstract:Objective To analyze the occupational hazards in the production process of turbo - charger, assess the risk de- gree for workers ' health and evaluate the effect of protective measures. Methods The methods of occupational field inves- tigation , the field detection and analysis were applied to collect data and information, according to the relevant national laws and regulations for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results The site selection, general layout, equip- ments layout, building hygiene, prevention facilities for occupational hazards, the occupational risk regulations of the pro- ject were in line with occupational health standards. The main occupational risk hazards of the production process were dust, toxic chemicals including hydrochloric acid, benzene series and n - hexane, physical factors including noise, power - frequency electrical field and high temperature, except for that concentration of dust ( 2. 75 - 42. 80 mg/m^3 ) and noise intensity (88.6 dB)of the polishing grinding workshop exceeded occupational health standards, the concentrations or intensities of occupational hazards in the rest positions or the workplaces met the requirements of the occupational health standards. Conclusion The project is more severe occupational construction project. Some protective measures should be further improved.
