中西医药物治疗溃疡性直肠炎临床疗效观察与分析

目的探讨中西医药物治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择2012年1月至2013年2月收治80例溃疡性直肠炎患者,将所有患者平均分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者给予中药保留灌肠治疗,对照组患者给予柳氮磺胺吡啶肛栓剂塞肛治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果 40例对照组有12例显效、21例有效、7例无效,总有效率为82.5%;40例对照组有30例显效,7例有效,3例无效,总有效率为92.5%。两组对比差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性直肠炎,可有效改善症状,提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Observation and Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Medicine Treating Ulcerative Rectitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine hospital treating ulcerative rectitis.Methods 80 cases with ulcerative rectitis treated in our hospital from January2012 to February2013 were selected and divided into two groups,the research group and the control group.The research group was treated with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with Salazosulfapyridine ano-suppository.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared and analyzed.Results For the control group for 40 cases,there were 12 excellent cases,21 effective cases,and7ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 82.5%.For the research group,there were 30excellent cases,7effective cases,and 3ineffective cases and the total effective rate was 92.5%.The difference between two groups was evident（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine treating ulcerative rectitis not only can effectively improve the symptoms,but also can improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
