丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的麻醉分析

目的：分析研究老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注的临床麻醉效果。方法将52例老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为观察组31例和对照组21例，观察组给予丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注，对照组给予丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉，观察记录两组临床效果。结果观察组各时点， SBP、DBP明显低于对照组，心率明显慢于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术毕拔管时间观察组明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论老年腹腔镜胆囊切除采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注麻醉具有一定的有效性和安全性，且术后恢复快，不良反应少，值得在临床应用。

Clinical effect of target controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil in the elderly patients under going laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To observe the clinical effects of target controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil in the elderly patients under going laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 52 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy who were admitted in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into observation group（31 cases） and control group（21 cases）. The observation group were treated with target controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil, the control group were treated with propofol combined with remifentanil.Results The change extent of blood pressure and HR in observation group was lower than control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）; the extubation time in observation group were significant shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients by target controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil could significantly inhibit the stress response, and effectively maintain the stability of hemodynamic, and fewer adverse reactions. It is an ideal anesthesia methods in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and worthy of clinical use.
