轴型皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的临床观察

目的观察不同轴型皮瓣在手指软组织缺损修复中的应用。方法选取2007—05—2009—05我院收治手指软组织缺损患者53例,针对患者不同情况采用不同的轴型皮瓣进行修复,观测患者术后皮瓣成活情况、深浅感觉及两点辨别觉和皮瓣区感觉。结果患者皮瓣均成功存活,植皮区生长良好,患指伸屈功能正常。治疗后第3个月,患者深、浅感觉均已恢复正常;治疗后第6个月,7—10mm两点辨别觉合格患者为23例,4—6mm两点辨别觉合格患者为11例,S。级患者26例,S3＋级患者22例,S3级患者2例,患者皮瓣感觉远优于接受手术前。结论手指软组织缺损应根据实际损伤情况选择不同轴型皮瓣进行修复。

Clinical research on repair of finger soft tissue defects using axial pattern flaps

Objective To explore the effect of different axial pattern flaps on finger soft tissue defects. Methods Fifty-three patients with finger soft tissue defect were collected in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2009. Based on different conditions of patients, the finger defect was repaired by different types of axial flap. The skin flap survival rate, small flap depth feeling and two point discrimination were recored. Results All flaps survived, the skin graft area grew well, and the flex function was normal. After treatment for 3 months ,the deep, shallow feeling returned to the normal. After treatment for 6 months, the 7 - 10 mm two-point discrimination was normal in 23 patients, the 4 - 6 mm two-point discrimination was normal in 11 patients. There was 26 patients with a S4 flap feeling level ,22 patients with a S3 ＋ flap feeling level ,2 patients with a S3 flap feeling level, and the sensation of flap was far better than that before surgery. Conclusion Repair of finger soft tissue defect should depend on the actual damage to choose different axial pattern flaps.
