甲卡西酮的GC/MS定量分析方法

摘    要:目的建立甲卡西酮的气相色谱/质谱定量分析方法。方法甲卡西酮的定性和定量检验均采用气相色谱/质谱联用法进行。首先通过全扫描模式(SCAN)对甲卡西酮标准品进行定性检验,获得甲卡西酮的保留时间和特征离子峰等定性数据;然后通过选择离子扫描模式(SIM)获得甲卡西酮的定量数据,并运用外标法绘制标准曲线。结果标准曲线的线性范围为0.2—20μg/ml,回归方程为A=3686.81c-555.16,r^2=0.9994。日内和日间保留时间及峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于6.76%,检测限为0.014μg/ml,平均加标回收率为98.87%。结论该方法可用于甲卡西酮的定量分析。

Quantitative analysis of methcathinone by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry

Abstract:Objective To develop a gas chromatography( GC)/mass spectrometry (MS) method for the quantitative analysis of meth- cathinone, Methods GC/MS method was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the methcathinone. The retention time and the characteristic ion peaks were obtained by full-scanning(SCAN) and the quantitative analysis of methcathinone was operated in the selected ion monitoring (SIM) , respectively. The standard curves were constructed by external standard method. Results The linear range was 0.2-20μg/ml, and the regression equation was A = 3 686.81c-555.16, r^2 = 0. 999 4. The relative standard deviations (RSD) of the peak area,the inter-day and intra-day retention time were less than 6.76%. The detection limit was 0. 014 μg/ml and the average recovery rate of methcathinone was 98.87%. Conclusion The established method is available for quantitative determina- tion of methcathinone.
