经胸Hybrid手术治疗房间隔缺损105例临床分析

摘    要:目的总结经胸“杂交”(hybrid)手术房间隔缺损的经验和体会。方法2007-01~2012-12对105例房间隔缺损患者实施杂交手术,在经食管超声心动图监测下,右前胸2—4cm小切口进胸,经右心房置入Amplatzer房缺封堵器闭合房间隔缺损。房间隔缺损直径3—34mm。结果103例杂交手术获得成功,成功率98.1%。心内操作平均时间(17±8)min,无严重并发症发生。手术后随访9月-2年,效果良好。结论经胸Hybrid手术可适用于任何年龄的患者,成功率高,并发症少,该术式是一种简便、安全、微创的治疗房间隔缺损的手术方法,临床效果良好。

Analysis of the open-chest Hybrid procedure for 105 cases of atrial septal defects

Abstract:Objective To summerize the experience of the open-chest Hybrid in treatment of patients with atrial septal defect (ASD). Methods From January 2007 to December 2012, a total of 105 patients with ASD underwent open-chest Hybrid closure under the guidance of echocardiography. The 2-4 cm skin incision was made on the right anterior chest. The Amplatzer septal occluder was in-serted into the right atrium to make the atrial septal defect close. The diameter of ASD ranged from 3 to 34 ram. Results Of 105 ca-ses of ASD, 103 cases(98.1% ) were successfully occluded. The mean operative time was ( 17 ± 8 )min during cardiac procedure. No serious complications happened during the procedure. After followed-up for 9 months to 2 years,all patients were living well. Conclu-sion Open-chest Hybrid closure offers a valuable complementary operative approach for patients with ASD at any age, with high suc-cessful rate and low postoperative complications. It seems to be feasible and safe.
