强直性脊柱炎患者血清HMGB1、MMP-3的的表达及意义

目的探讨HMGB1及MMP-3在强直性脊柱炎患者中的表达。方法选取强直性脊柱炎患者49例及健康对照者18例。用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测血清HMGB1及MMP-3的表达，分别用魏氏法和散射比浊法检测ESR、CRP的含量，将其在强直性脊柱炎患者及正常对照者中的差异进行比较。结果AS患者和正常对照血清HMGB1（43．48±13．35）μg／L，和（16．25±5．47）μg,／L；AS患者和正常对照MMP-3含量分别为（1．35±2．32）μg/L和（0．53±0．27）μg／L；AS患者和正常对照ESR分别为（27．5±13．5）mm／h和（6．50±4.50）mm／h；AS患者和正常对照含量分别为（48．0±5．90）mg／L和（5．30±3．70）mg／L。AS患者血清HMGB1、MMP-3、ESR水平、CRP含量均明显高于正常对照（P〈0．05）。AS患者血清HMGB1、MMP-3含量与ESR、CRP的表达呈显著正相关（P〈0．01）。结论AS患者血清HMGB1及MMP-3的表达可能与AS病情发生发展有关，可作为评估AS的重要指标。

Expression and significance of HMGB1 and MMP-3 in ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To explore the expression of HMGB1 and MMP-3 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods The serum expression of HMGB1 and MMP-3 was detected in 49 AS patients and 18 healthy controls by ELISA. The serum levels of ESR and CRP were detected by Westergren method and nephelometry. Results The serum level of HMGB1 and the expression of MMP-3 in AS patients were significantly higher than those in controls. The serum levels of ESR and CRP in AS were significantly higher than those in controls. The serum levels of HMGB1 and MMP-3 were positively correlated with ESR, CRP in AS patients （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The expression of HMGB1 and MMP-3 may be associated with the occurrence and development of AS, and they may play an impor-tant role in the assessment of AS.
