加压空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折

目的 为股骨颈骨折病人选择一种适合的手术治疗方法。方法 68例，年龄16～76岁的一组股骨颈骨折病人，采用3枚加压空心螺钉在C型臂X线机下穿钉治疗，术后随诊6个月～4年。结果 优良率按固定标准评价95％。结论 3枚空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折是一种安全、有效、简单、快捷的方法。

Compressive Hollow Screws to Treat the Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To chose a proper operative method to treat the patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Sixty-eight femoral neck fracture patients, aged between 16-76 years old, were treated by operative method using 3 compressive hollow screws. During the operations the C-shaped-arm radiography machine was used to help reduction and fix the screws. These patients were followed up form 6 months to 4 years. Results The excellent postoperative rate is 95% acording to the fixed standard. Conclusions The operative method with 3 compressive hollow screws on treating the patients with femoral neck fracture is safe, effective,simple and easy.
