基于互联网继续医学教育信息化管理系统初探

本文介绍了北京大学医学部自主开发的基于互联网继续医学教育信息化管理系统，说明了设计管理系统的原因，从设计目的、管理角色和管理系统的形式三个方面对管理系统进行了概述，重点介绍了管理系统实现的功能，即学员网上报名、网上办公、证书办理和查询、记录教师参加继续教育项目授课情况、实时监控办班过程、收集管理信息和数据。同时，论述了管理系统在继续医学教育管理中的意义，即管理系统的应用规范了继续医学教育项目管理行为，提高了管理人员的科研能力，为制定管理制度提供了依据等。

Introduction of web-based information management system for continuing medical education

This article introduces the internet-based information management system developed by Peking University Health Science Center. The three applications of the system are first presented, as in ac-tual use at various levels of management. Then the article projects the prospective significance of its use in continuing medical education in three aspects. Firstly, the use of management system may regulate manage-ment procedures of projects related to continuing medical education. Then it may make it possible to render the management process more scientific. Lastly but not the least, it can provide a basis for the making of rules in administrative work. It is hoped that this system may bring inspiration to information management staff and people working in related fields.
