Abstract: | In-111 labeled leukocyte scintigraphy is a sensitive test for the diagnosis of prosthetic vascular graft infections. However, several causes of false-positive results have been reported. The authors describe a case of uninfected lymphocele around a synthetic vascular graft in a patient who showed an infected graft on In-111 labeled leukocyte scintigraphy. |
