PAI-1在多囊卵巢综合征大鼠脂肪组织中的表达及意义

目的 探讨纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-l(PAI-1)在多囊卵巢及正常大鼠脂肪组织中的表达及在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病中的作用.方法 应用脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)皮下注射23 d龄SD雌性大鼠20天,建立PcOS大鼠模型,应用免疫组织化学技术对PAI-1在大鼠脂肪组织的表达强度变化进行研究.结果 PCOS大鼠模型建立成功;PAI-1在PCOS组脂肪组织基质细胞上的表达明显增强.结论 PAI-1在多囊卵巢大鼠发病中起着重要作用.

Expression and significance of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)in adipose tissue of rat model with polycystic ovanan syndrome

Objective:To determine the expression of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)in adipose tissue of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and to investigate the effect of PAI-1on rat model with PCOS.Methods: 23-day-old female SD rats were divided into two groups randomly.The rats in PCOS group were injected daily with dehydroeplandroste-rone(DHEA) for up to 20 days and the rats in control group injected with oil at the same time;gonadal hormone concentrations in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA);control study of expression varier of PAI-1 in adipose tissue between PCOS group rat and control group rat were performed by using immunohistochemicalmethods and analyzed by Biosens Digital Imaging System.Results:PCOS rat model was made successly;expression of PAI-1 in PCOS group in matrix cells of adipose tissue was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion: PAI-1 play an important role on morbidity of PCOS.
