氯胺酮基础麻醉下应用神经丛刺激仪对小儿定位行臂丛神经阻滞的临床观察

目的；氯胺酮（K．T．M）基础麻醉下应用神经丛刺激仪对小儿定位行臂丛神经阻滞的临床观察。方法：将60例上肢手术患儿，在K．T．M基础麻醉下，对照组行臂丛神经阻滞，观察组应用神经丛刺激仪定位行臂丛神经阻滞，观察两组麻醉效果、K．T．M的用量及苏醒期的不良反应。结果：观察组比对照组麻醉效果优、K．T．M用量少、苏醒期不良反应少。结论：K．T．M基础麻醉下应用神经丛刺激仪对小儿定位行臂丛神经阻滞是一种简便有效方法，值得推广。

Application of Nerve Plexus Locating Stimulator in Brachial Plexus Anesthesia in Children

Objective: To observe effects of nerve plexus locating stimulator on brachial plexus anesthesia in children based on the ketamine anesthesia.Methods: 60 patients(aged 2-10 years) undergoing upper limbs operation were divided into the group A(control group) and group B(test group) and received the brachial plexus blocakge(in group A) and nerve locating stimulator blockage(in group B) under ketamine anesthesia condition respectively.Ketamine's dosage,side effects of awaking phase and blockage effects were recorded and analyzed.Results: Compared with group A,there was a better block effect,a few dosage service of ketamine and less side reaction in the group B.Conclusions: Locating brachial plexus nerve stimulator was a simple and effective blockage set for brachial plexus anesthesia in upper limbs operation in children.
