摘    要:目的评价带药飞行对高血压飞行人员心功能的影响。方法选择诊断为原发性高血压的军事运输机飞行人员22名作为治疗组,并选择同等数量的健康飞行人员作为对照组。治疗组服用苯磺酸氨氯地平和/或缬沙坦治疗,经适当地面观察后带药飞行。两组飞行人员入组时及48周后分别行心脏超声检查。结果治疗组平均带药飞行9.7个月,平均收缩压/舒张压从(147.3±10.6/95.8±6.1)mmHg降至(132.3±6.7/81.7±4.6)mmHg,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.376,P〈0.05),未观察到严重不良反应。组内及组间比较,治疗组心脏形态学及功能指标变化均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高血压飞行人员飞行期间服用苯磺酸氨氯地平和/或缬沙坦治疗可有效控制血压,防止高血压性心脏损害。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of antihypertensive medication on heart function of the active-duty military aviators.Methods Twenty-two aviators with essential hypertension received oral administration of amlodipine besylate or/and valsartan for 48 weeks,and were on active flight status.An equal number of healthy aviators were enrolled as the control group.Echocardiography was carried out to measure the morphological and functional parameters of the heart before and after treatment.Results In treatment group,SBP/DBP decreased from(147.3±10.6/95.8±6.1)mmHg to(132.3±6.7/81.7±4.6)mmHg(t=2.376,P〈0.05),and no significant adverse reaction was reported.Compared with the baseline,the changes of the morphological and functional parameters of the heart after treatment were not significant(P〈0.05).And no obvious difference were found between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine besylate or/and valsartan can effectively control blood pressure of the active-duty aviators with hypertension,and protect the heart from hypertensive damage.
