每日唤醒在机械通气患者镇静过程中的作用分析

目的探讨每日唤醒在机械通气患者镇静过程中的临床作用效果。方法将2012年1月—2013年12月入住该院ICU行机械通气需要镇静治疗的50例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组（n=25）,实验组实施每日唤醒计划,对照组不实施每日唤醒计划。对比分析两组患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和总住院时间,以及镇静时间情况。结果与对照组相比,实验组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和总住院时间,以及镇静时间均缩短,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论每日唤醒可减少患者机械通气时间和重症监护室停留时间。

Analysis of the Effect of Daily Awakening on Sedation in Patients During Mechanical Ventilation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of daily awakening on sedation in patients during mechanical ventilation.Methods 50 cases of patients admitted in the ICU of our hospital from January, 2012 to December, 2013 for mechanical ventilation and sedative treatment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 25 cases in each. Daily awakening plan was carried out in the experimental group but not in the control group. The duration of mechanical ventilation, length of stay in the ICU, the total hospitalization time and the sedation time of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the duration of mechanical ventilation, length of stay in the ICU, total hospitalization time and sedation time of the experimental group were shorter, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Daily awakening can reduce the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay time.
