| 摘 要： | 通过总结2005年河南省武陟县药品不良反应报告和监测工作,分析全年不良反应的报告途径、报告单位、报告人岗位、涉及品种及不良反应临床症状分布规律等数据,归纳工作中存在的问题和不足,旨在体现当前开展药品不良反应报告和监测工作的重要性和必要性,总结规律性的可操作办法,为提高药品不良反应监测工作质量,保障公众用药安全、有效提出积极有益的建议。

| Abstract: | By summarizing the ADR report and monitoring of Wuzhi Food And Drug Adminis-tration in 2005, analyzing the related data of ADR in 2005, such as the report avenue, report uni- ts, the reporter, the clinical symptom of ADR, and so on,, and summing up the problems existing in the work, in order to reflect that it,s important and necessary to launch ADR report and mon-itoring at present, summarize the operation method regularly, and table a positive proposal of en-hancing the quality of ADR monitoring and assuring the safety and effectively of the people. |
